OP, don't be too anxious about your lack of experience. You're just a late bloomer, and you'll soon have a terrific time with the ladies!
Why don't you get on a couple of dating sites, and start messaging attractive women with similar hobbies and interests? Create a precise profile, be positive and upbeat in your own way. You said you're not attracted to any of your coworkers. Why? Is it their looks, their personalities, or the fact that you already see them every day Monday through Friday? What type of women catches your attention? Contact the ones you really like, always showing them respect and trying to be funny in a light way. Some of them will reply to you and will wait to be asked out. Don't be too serious, and leave your concerns behind. Dating, and even having sex, is instinctual behavior. Experience only gives you an edge. As with anything else, if you like it, you'll put your heart in it, and you'll be better at it than the next guy.
On a date, just be yourself and relax. Skip the entire chapter of past experiences. It's not a job interview. You're only going to have a drink or a meal with a single lady to see if both of you care to meet again. Good luck!
