I know what is not making me happy right now. All of the fires burning in So Cal. I've got a headache because of the smoke and ash floating around.

The sky is literally orange here. I'm real close to the beach and normally we have an on shore flow of air which keeps things nice.

Today we a Santa Ana condition which is basically the air from inland blow out to the ocean which isn't helping out the fire fighter at all.

Am I the only one who wonders how all these "natural" disasters started really piling up in the last decade...

Today, I got my Christmas decorations and Christmas tree up. The lights from the tree draw me each year. My tree is usually where I end up each night before I go to bed, it is where I say my nightly prayers. I feel so at peace when I sit by my tree. I never turn my lights off!
