Yesterday was payday so my check was direct deposited into my account Took out $1500 spending money for myself and went out to dinner with a couple friends, then had movie night in which we saw Toy Story 3, went home and chilled out for the rest of the evening. Got up early morning to do some housework (took out the trash, vacummed the house, swept the floor), then I'm going to breakfast in a few minutes, after that I'm gonna do some volunteer work, come home and walk my dogs/roughhouse with them and relax for the rest of the day.
I finally went to the park to walk some of the nature trails. It's been raining evey dang saturday for the past 2 months so I was itching to get out. The forcast called for rain later this morning and of course it came early. The last 30-40 minutes of my walk was rain soaked but I was just happy to get outside and be away from everyone.
Now I can say that I've walked the trails in the rain. I just might do it again.

My husband and I walked around Hard Rock Resort and Casino in Hollywood. Gambled a little, drank a little, had dinner... Originally we were supposed to go to the 80s night in the club and I was looking forward to it, but when we got to the casino, I saw exhaustion in his eyes and I decided to skip it. Oh well, at least I had a nice night anyway.
Had a wonderful lunch with Hubby and a Gastro-Pub yesterday and went to an International Polo Match ( England v "The Americas" - The Americas won !), which was a great game, fast and exciting . There was also a country fair so good fun. Today so far , I've written my monthly "Amnesty International " and "Survival" letters, written to an old friend, am about to clean my study/guest bedroom from top to bottom for a friend's visit then off to a free Music festival by the river. Not a bad week-end.
My husband and I worked our butts off on trying to get the pool level, from a job that was already paid to someone who promised to do it!
Thats ok though....He will get his!! Sure hope he enjoyed that 300 hundred dollars!! LOL!!
