Anyone else notice the testy atmosphere lately?? (dance, conversation, personal)

I know it's not Mayberry but jeez, it is our spare time..why spend it getting snarky?? I would rather forge friendships than get into sparring matches... Just call me Polly...
Forging friendships is one thing and there are certain people I'd like to get to know, like to know more about the part of the country they are in, share music etc. I love people, it's the reason why I travel so much. I'm not afraid of striking up a conversation....just ask the shop keepers where I have only lived since August. Some of them even know about my big fight with the planning department at my local authority. They know about the drama with my neighbour...I'll talk to anyone who will listen. I also know jsut a lot about them. That is real life this isn't and when someone posts a "problem" publicaly they ought to be prepared to listen to all sides or don't ask.
I try to not get testy on the forum. If someone posts something negative or rude about one of my posts, I tend to ignore it rather than get into a heated debate.
I find it hard to tear myself away from the boards sometimes 'cause I don't want to miss anything good.
So here I am on a vacation day (making it a four day weekend) with lots of errands to run, wondering if I should get off my lazy butt and get dressed or just sit here and read post after post after post. When I'm at work, I can't access this site at all - I get the nasty message on my screen that I'm accessing a forbidden site, and this has been reported.

Reported, really??? That is a bummer!
I am sitting here when I should be picking up the house while the little ones sleep, but no, I'd rather hang out with you guys!
