I will say however, if he is still heavy into porn, you're screwed. It's a mind poison that tricks the brain into believing you have sex with multiple, falsely hot, women in one sitting. That said, I think there was more happening in that relationship then just weight gain by the wife. Witholding sex shows a definate emotional detachment and that is deeper than just physical.
Four years after the original post I would hope they have either reconciled and the situation is no longer an issue or they have divorced and moved on.
