Not real bagels
they say it is something about the water
plus they don't boil them before baking .
however this is a running argument between my husband and myself he says there is no difference so I say fine you eat the others and leave my stash alone more for me

Yeah, that's what they say here in Pa., the water...they do boil them though, but definitely not like a 'real bagel. After 13 years, I have learned to get used to them. Just like the pizza
