Question for men and women. When you respond please state whether you are male or female, because it is not always obvious.
What happens when you meet someone you really like for whatever reasons? Do you start to think about them all the time? Do you listen to their voice messages over and over or re-read their emails? Does it ever drive you crazy that you can't get them out of your head? Have you ever lost you appetite? Imagined what it was like to kiss them? Joined the gym? Started paying more attention to your appearance?
I'm a guy. I do find myself thinking about people I find myself attracted to--but I don't change a thing about myself. I usually don't find myself getting voicemails or emails from them, but rather spend more time trying for "face time" with them.
I generally expect the person to be unattainable though...so why put myself through trouble?

Whew! All the above--and more. Actually, I've only been consumed by one person. There have been a lot of other close calls tho'. It's similar to a new lease on life.

I think it's normal for people to feel this way. I generally suppress these feelings, to the extent that they're outwardly visible.
I learned.. I must've been 13 or 14.. that infatuation with someone often repels them away. That's not to say you've got to be stoic about it, though.
