Not that I'm bothered, but I would like him to tell me and I know he won't.
I have never seen him pop a pill, but at 53, he has much more sexual energy than most guys I have ever dated. He's the oldest man I have ever dated and is 23 years older than me. He wants to have sex almost daily/constantly, but the problem is he rarely ejaculates.
Aren't these the signs of someone who uses viagra?
I've dated men up into their mid-60's who have tons of sexual energy, without popping a pill. If a man does pop a pill, say a half of a dose of Viagra, that can keep him steadily going for 3-4 hours. I dated a 56 year old that did not need any pills and he far exceeded any sex drive I have seen to date. Anyone who says that men in their 50-60's have a lower sex drive, is wrong, so-so wrong. Just enjoy it. . .

I feel insecure and I'm beginning to feel that maybe he's not enjoying sex that much or does not find me attractive? When I asked him he simply said that he does not always ejaculate every time he has intercourse and it has nothing to do with me. I'm still very doubtful. Is it possible for a man to enjoy sex and not ejaculate?

As JeepGirl points out, he could have an orgasm and not ejaculate. Your post, however, does not distinguish between the two. Does he have an orgasm and not ejaculate? Or does he not have an orgasm?
As for sexual energy: I'm in my mid 40's, have never taken Viagra-type drugs, and find that my stamina/interest has not diminished whatsoever. I would happily "compete" against a randomly selected 21 year old youngster...except that I have more experience than him and would seek to -- and be able to -- give my gal much more pleasure than such a young, inexperienced greenhorn.
The bottom line is that some guys still have a lot of energy as they get older.

Not necessarily. He might just be thrilled by your young body.
With an older man, it takes longer and more effort to ejaculate, so what you are seeing is not unusual. You will know when he comes, trust me. But whether he does or doesn't, he is enjoying it just the same!
Well he doesn't reach orgasm at all, not just ejaculating. We have sex for hours and hours but still he doesn't. Then the next day we would pick up where we left off the previous day and after 30 mins or so he may reach orgasm. By this time I'm sore beyond belief. It's not fun at all.
