I guess I'm looking the definition that makes you go "mmmmmmmmmmmm" more than anything... What is for you the ultimate in wonderful masculine engergy and how and in whom do you see it?

Lot's of guys get it wrong and end up overcompensating and turning women off or even abusing in an attempt to hold on to a mistaken concept of "being masculine" so...

let's set the record straight.

Thanks... hugs all round.

Brendan

In two words, Liam Neeson. He's ugly-sexy but very masculine.

Strong, heroic & lively. The only thing I'd associate maculinity with would be reclessness and anger. I guess.

A slightly negative connotation perhaps?

Cant we be masculine without being reckless and angry. I try to eliminate these aspecs from myself withour eliminating my masculinity. I don't want to be reckless... I want to be a warrior.. I don't want to be angry... I want to be intense.

Do we dig?

When a man is smart and tough-minded about his choices and priorities (the good ones) and tender-hearted with those who love and depend on him, he is IMO masculine. Examples: the personas of actors like Harrison Ford, Nicholas Cage, Christopher Meloni. No emoticon for YUM, but there you have it, folks. Another actor I think fits this is John Cusack. He is quirkily handsome, a bit of geek, a bit of a tough guy. His intellect adds a bit of hotness to the mix.
