If you are willing to go where few others will, you can find the answer. And the answer appears to be that while some individuals are in possession of a great deal of Truth, there is no large religion that has any really great degree of Truth. The bigger, the more this tends to be the case, even as I see Islam having a very large amount of "detail" correct, but they don't get the big stuff right.

There are of course small groups, who have a lot right.

In essence religion is spirituality, and is the process of drawing closer to God. The more effective this process is, the better your religion.

Religion is the belief in imaginary beings, forces, and events. By definition, that is delusion.

When it demands from you something it is not willing to lift a finger to do itself, then yes it is delusional.

If you can't live your faith, or are hypocritical about it, then you are suffering fromn a delusion.

Since not all religions believe in Gods, your statement holds no weight.

My opinion. Is any religion true? No. Is all religion delusional? No. Are some religions delusional? Yes. See, this is a simple question to answer...

I get why people would want to hold on to religion, because the truth is painfully cold, cruel, meaningless and empty. I'd rather get emotionally wrapped up in "Lord of the Rings" than read the Encyclopedia Britannica too, but that doesn't make the truth any less true, however. Absolute truth and applicablity to human psychology are two different things...
I agree some are, some aren't.
