This is one of the topics that most people seem to brush off, or try to forget it, but in all honesty have you ever thought of death? if there's an afterlife or not? because if you think about it we as human beings, if we were to live healthy lives, it would be 70-80 years and most people pass away before that. Ps keep in mind when we pass away no one is going to accompany us to the grave, i personally think its something that some people need to put some thinking into it because its one of those things that each one of us will have to face.

How many ever stop and think, we have no guarantee that the breath we just breathed, was not our last breath. Each breath can be our last, each heart beat can be our last. Death has not concern for age or status in life.

A thought to ponder. For those who may not want an Islamic view, do not click to view, this Video is an Islamic Nasheed, in English,

Not much to think about in my opinion.
Just be a good person and don’t worry about the hereafter.

Death is universal. Everyone will die, tragically. Also, I vigorously reject the notion of an afterlife. This life is all we have, and we should make the most of it.

I think we are meant to take your attitude because, if not, we would all be born realizing our continuity. It is usually safer living true to your own experience than to believe what another tells you.

We all celebrate our birthdays, so yes I have wondered which day of the year will be my deathday. But does it really matter in the whole big bang of things. Well of course it will matter to my loved ones, but to me NO, because I still only have today to work with and my hope already has taken up residence in the future.

I think about death and the afterlife.

I think that one day I will die, and I will find out which group had the afterlife right. I speculate about other possibilities and alternate universes.

In the meantime, I let the answering machine take my calls while my husband and I are having dinner or watching a movie. I talk to my sister every day. I speak kindly to children.

In short, I live my life, while waiting to find out what's next. The uncertainty is intriguing.

We owe it to family to prepare by having wills in force, and to be sure beneficiaries of life insurance, any survivor benefits, such as pensions are aware and have the information they need.
For yourself, have a living will in force.

If all that is done, they go out and live life to its fullest, for when you're dead, you're dead.
