I see that you know very little about what you post. Noah's ark actually had 2 of "unclean" animal and 7 of the "clean" animals. When you start misstating what you are against shows me that there is nothing to debate. You lose.
Clean/unclean..... Why does it matter? It is nothing but a myth anyway.
so in your little world we should give credence to every whacky idea that anyone has, but dismiss the conclusions that science has made regarding our origins? We should believe that those ancient ceramic jars that have never been dated (thought to be just over 2000 years old, not 6000) are batteries even though most modern archeologists disagree? Dispute that life on earth came from the sea even though the sea contains every element that exists on earth?

He would have needed at least 40 pairs to rebreed. That would anyway be under modern scientific supervision. Our knowledge of modern genetics show a species will go extinct once this threshold is reached bearing in mind stuff like infant mortality and being part of the food chain.
Only someone who is scientifically challenged would accept the tale of the flood which is disproven on so many more aspects than simple pairs or sevens. I would list all these sciences but that would probably fly over many folk's heads who prefer a godunnit answer. You can look up the genetic issues of the Amish people and see this extends beyond 40 pairs where they have known issues b/c of the closed society. How long have they been "isolated"? Not that long and if you extrapolate that back 4000 or so years, it would be worse not better.
The only way any of this works is an appeal to magic.
