I knew the Navajo flood myth before I knew the Biblical flood myth so I knew there was more than one story. When I read the Biblical flood myth.... I was appalled. It was a God I did not know. (I was about six and it was at a friend's house. I stopped reading "The Golden Book of Bible Stories" after that.)
That reminds me of several years ago, I bought my son the Brick Bible (he is super into Legos)... seeing some of the OT stories depicted mini-figs really hit home the level of horror some of the stories deliver. I ended up returning both volumes, although the NT was arguably less disturbing.
Digger was a HORNEY geeky kid curious about boobs and stuff that went over the edge. Please. So blown out of proportion.
You original post lacked that last sentence. Before you added it, I wasn't sure you were really suggesting that molesting underage girls is something it's even possible to blow out of proportion. Now that you've cleared that up, well, I'm not sure I'm up for any more exposure to Other People today ...

He molested his own sisters, has a "sex addiction", is in rehab and cheated on his wife multiple times.
That in itself is a private matter except for the molesting of his siblings. The part that's really offensive is here he is going out of his way promoting famliy values and trying to stop innocent loving gays from marrying when he has NO right to be telling anyone about "moral" issues or marriage. He's a pig in its finest form. I love seeing him crash and burn like this.
