For once you are at least mostly factually correct, the site has a lot of fake profiles (although I don't know that the REAL membership is 90% male); in fact, I don't believe a credible estimate of the real membership has been made, and might well be difficult to make with any confidence.

Also in fundamentalist thought it is true that viewing porn, or seeking an affair, or having an emotionally intimate relationship that is not in any way sexually consummated, is still adultery. In fact, I mostly still agree with that concept to this day.

I don't know if his near-$1K expenditure reflects failure or success. Certainly it reflects $1K worth of fantasizing / trying, which is all that is necessary in your belief system to be (very) guilty of adultery. It looks like the A-M site had a metered chat function and that may be where a lot of the $ went. I thought I read in one of the news articles that the actual annual subscription was only about $189, but I might have that mixed up with something else.

Spending that kind of money tells me he had multiple partners. What man would spend that kind of money unless he was getting a return? $1000 is a lot of money just hoping to get a date.

You clearly have no idea what it's like to be a highly conflicted and fearful person toying with the Forbidden.

That's the kind of man who would spend $1K in hope of getting a date, or maybe even hope of NOT getting a date.

Really we can't draw unambiguous conclusions from the amount he spent, but it seems likely that at a bare minimum he was obsessed with the possibilities, and it would not be surprising to find that he acted on at least some of them.

But you see the fundamentalists make it so easy; he's guilty, guilty, guilty even if all he did was think about thinking about doing it.

But again, his online confession has now been edited to remove all reference to pornography.

But, there are multiple dating sights, and services via the internet, for all kinds of relationships. It makes more sense to stick with the one that gives you the best bang for your buck. .

I have no doubt, Josh Duggar spent a lot of time punishing himself with the forbidden, and enjoyed every minuted of his physiological reaction to his frequent visits to. He did not limit himself.

Considering his history, I see, someone who does not expect real consequences. I think someone should look at his computer to see what he was downloading and looking at.

Well, that is an invasion of privacy. Let's not forget in this matter, he is guilty of a sin but not of a crime.

Duggar was pulling down a VERY nice paycheck as a D.C. lobbyist while he lectured America on morality. He had the means to spend $$$ on multiple sites and Duggar women don't look at pay stubs OR the VISA bill to see where the money is going. That would violate the teachings of Gothard.

The attorney for the victim in the pending lawsuit would have an interest. Josh should know, computers cannot be fully erased and are easily hacked. His phone can be hacked, too. There are few secrets on the internet.

He has not sinned. He has been unfaithful by his own admission. He has used his computer to view pornography, by his own admission.

His crime by his own admission was molesting four children which he got away with. I think Josh is sweating. Cheating on your wife is not a crime, and given his history, there are much worse things.

I have no doubt, she will start looking at the bills. I really hope she stands up and takes control.
I hope she is angry, and taking control. It will be empowering.

This scumbum is quite the big deal, huh?
I think he should do porn...he would make a fortune with interest like this.
A couple of his sisters are pretty hot too...they should do porn work (print or video), or work as "features" on the stripclub circuit...I could help them cash in bigtime. But they gotta hit while they have the attention.
They are actually part of the best market there is for porn...the religious.
