Jews cannot believe in Jesus The Christ. It is against their religion.
Rafius, I am just curious. I don't ask this to inflame you but . . . are you just making these posts of yours for the fun of it? How can people take you seriously when you make statements such as the above?
There were over 10,000 Jews who believed in Jesus in Acts. Today there are many many Jews who believe in Jesus. One such group is called "Jews For Jesus" http://jewsforjesus.org/
Here are current population numbers for Jews who believe in Jesus:
From 2003 to 2007, the movement grew from 150 Messianic houses of worship in the United States to as
many as 438, with over 100 in Israel and more worldwide; congregations are often affiliated with larger
Messianic organizations or alliances. As of 2012, population estimates for the United States were between
175,000 and 250,000 members, for Israel, between 10,000 and 20,000 members, and an estimated total
worldwide membership of 350,000" source https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Messianic_Judaism
Jews for Jesus are not Jews. They are a Conservative Evangelical Christian organisation that exist solely to try to get Jews to convert to Christianity. They believe that JtC is the Messiah. Jews do not believe that JtC is the messiah. It is against their religion to do so. Jews say that their Messiah has not come yet, Jews say that JtC did not fulfil the Messianic prophecies. Any Jew that believes that JtC is the messiah can not be of the Jewish faith.
The mission statement of Jews for Jesus is: "We exist to make the messiahship of Jesus an unavoidable issue to our Jewish people worldwide." While they are strongly devoted to Jesus, the most important belief of Jews for Jesus is the evangelizing of the Jewish people and the conversion of Jews to Christianity. https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org...for_Jesus.html
This is a movement of non-Jews who pose as Jews by taking on Jewish names. They do usually have a token Jewish member, who is invariably either ignorant of Judaism at best or psychologically imbalanced at worst. They are a sham. http://www.chabad.org/library/articl...cle-Events.htm
