If I think rationally, reincarnation seems to make more sense to me.

One can view images from the Web telescope that originated over 13 billion years ago.

The things we can see are made of the same
" stuff" we're made of.

None of it has ceased to exist.

The odds of the " components " of Oakback being shaken and stirred for another 13 billion years would probably produce another " Oakback" somewhere down the road.
