I fell again. My knee is swollen (frozen peas on there now) my ankle is swollen (frozen peppers on that) and my finger is jammed...nothing on there. So what's upbeat about it? Well 1) nothing is broken..Yeah! 2) the hospital was very nice and fast about getting me checked out. The security guard that saw me fall (they are doing contruction in the parking lot) was very nice and wheeled me into the ER and then came back to check on me and drove me to my car to come home. All in all embarrassing but still no major damage.
Maybe this should be under prayer requests rather than upbeat. I guess if you hurt yourself and remain upbeat, that's upbeat!

NEVER turn down prayer, irish. You may not be looking for it, but "it" found you! Yes, I'm glad it was no worse than it was! How is this gonna affect your work schedule. I would assume you have to be on your feet a lot, no?

have you ever saw that commercial where the kid stuffs his pants with charmin? to keep from gettin hurt when he falls? ..glad you didnt get hurt as well! just harassing you! lol

Well I'm going to go tomorrow...like I said nothing is broke, I will just tell them not to expect me to run if an emergency should happen...and I may need to sit down and ice my knee at lunch again...other than that it should be fine.

Oh my dog takes that...she seems to do well on it. Sis goes to an acupunturist for her back...first time in years that she's gotten any relief. I often suggest accupuncture for stuff to people...personally I think it's more solid medicine than chiropractic...too many quacks in that field, IMO.
