Actually, yes, that's what he could/would do. Considering this happened over a year ago, I'm sure they've reached a conclusion

He theoretically could. But any businessman buys a property with tenants to have income on the day 1, not expense. Let's say he evicts all tenants... Where will he find new ones? And will he find any if the old tenants would continue to hang around and strongly advise newcomers not to move in.
The new owner will eventually win, but not without significant losses. Successful businessmen know how to count their money

Pets are never "grandfathered in" with a rental. The landlord can decide to allow existing pets to remain, but he can also make them leave with the proper notice. When you own a property and the county decides to rezone away from agriculture, that is a zoning law change, not a change to a rental agreement. Not the same thing at all.

Depends on where the park is. He could very well evict all the tenants and turn the park into something else. My assumption would be that if a big city lawyer buys a mobile home park two hours from where he lives/works, then his eventual plan is to turn the property into something other than a mobile home park.

Near me, a few years back they cleared out several adjoining mobile home parks that were taking up some prime real estate near the location of a prime area employer. The land sat empty for a while because of the last market downturn, but now that land is completely filled with high end housing and an athletic club that have made someone a profit many many many times what that property made as a mobile home park.

I live in a mobile home park where we lease the land. We have a small dog that I walk every day. I do not allow him to
go on the lawns but he will pee on the side of the lawn.

today, a lady complained to the management office. I explained to the office person that when she pounded on her window and I saw him leaving a few drops, I picked up the dog and mouthed I am sorry.

What is the florida rules regarding dogs urinating on leased property.

Ok... I'm going to ask... how would you like someone else's dog to pee on the section your renting? Would it bug you? She may just be the type that doesn't want others on her space in any way shape or form.

Walk your dog on your space or in "dead" zones where kids font play or along fence lines....

I'll be honest I own a dog, I am in a park, I walk my dog on my space or along the dead area of the fence line where nothing grows and no kids play.... I don't want someone else's dog peeing on my spot. And I don't walk my dog even along the edge of other spots.... I trained my dog to this pattern.

There may be no law but it goes against park rules.....
