Yes! A WHOLE year! Lol. I switched from State Farm, to which I had consistent coverage for around ten years to GEICO a bit over a year ago. Still, when I was with SF I claimed glass a number of times in that ten year period and never seen an increase from glass claims.

Yeah...Insurance companies handle glass claims differently. I know in MN for example the law was that they had to provide no deductible replacement or repair for windshield cracks.

Glad that it worked out for you! You can probably setup a PIN and withdraw the money from the Citi as cash. I think it is odd that they didn't pay it in a check though.
