My husband and I are looking to downsize. We are interested in Trilogy in Vistancia but, would love to hear how others like it. We are in our 60's currently living in Scottsdale but, looking for less traffic and more affordable homes.

Just out of curiosity, I looked it up. Every one of their floorplans has you walking through the bathroom to get to the bedroom closet. So your clothes get steamed every time you take a shower. Also, if someone is using the bathroom, the other person can't get to the closet. I find this very weird.

That is very common in newer homes.

Vistancia Trilogy is quite popular, never heard a complaint about it, beautiful scenery around it.
