My therapist in CA was a wonder. There is a muscle in my glute that knots up. Bad. She used her elbow, pressed until I yelped! Hurt like the dickens, but the next day, heaven!

I used to go once a month when I lived in SC and had a great masseuse. Moved here and there isn't much around unless they are associated with a chiropractor. I really do miss her!! I love it as I have back problems and it really helped the pain and felt so good and relaxed afterwards.

Nothing at all seedy about going to a classy day spa and getting a massage, and maybe a mani/pedi or a facial too. It's a perfect treat for any valentine, and the only "happy ending" at a place like this is how good you feel afterwards. So relaxed and pampered. It has literally zero to do with anything seedy.
