Very Cool Summer Mornings returned yesterday, looks like we will have another long stretch of Cool. July 12, 2021 Time to get the boat ready for Sacramento River later today. Sacramento 57F - Thank you California Delta for pulling in that Cool Cool Pacific air.San Diego 67F - Interesting how Sacramento is 85 miles from an Ocean Beach yet 10 degrees Cooler than San Diego. Sierra Foothills/Neveda City 77F - The mountains east of Sacramento are 20 degrees warmer than Sacramento. We never talk about this. Las Vegas 92F in the early morning!

The dew point temperature and the actual(standing) temperature are two different measurements. The measurements are taken at the same time. The heat index or "feels like" temp is a measurement of the dew point and the actual temp combined, along with relative humidity, to give us a Heat Index/Comfort Scale.

Going on another wonderful weather day in Sacramento. Dew Point -52F Pleasant, never feels "humid" in Sacramento.Very Cool, between 56F-59F degrees in Sacramento during the outdoor workout , finished around 8:30am.Have NOT used the A/C in almost a whole week and almost never needed the A/C overnight this whole summer but for a few. Morning walk today, July 17, 2021, 7:00AM Portland 60FSacramento 62F Sierra Foothills/Aubrun 66FDenver 67F Las Vegas 87F Sacramento is 25 degrees Cooler than Las Vegas, right now.
