The forecast says 3% very very little chance. Which reminds that is another noticeable difference with Sacramento climate change, besides the disappear of winter Tule Fog the once or twice summer thunderstorm seems to have disappeared as well. I remember a decade or more so ago, Sacramento always had at least one mid-western style summer thunderstorm that lasted several hours with big thunder and lighting.

The change in weather temperatures between last week and this week is truly shocking. Last night when I was riding home after dark on my bike, I was a little cold. This has to be some sort of record for largest 7 day temperature change.

Nature finds a way for balance. It will be interesting to see what the average high and low are for the month of Sept when all is said and done. Despite the record breaking highs, my guess is the month of Sept '22 will be right around the average high and low.

This week we are running an average of 10-12 degrees Cooler than average....highs 78-82 when they should be 90-92, lows upper 50's.

Good news, it looks like a chance for rain on Sunday and Monday! I am waiting to see how that develops. I am hoping for something to put a damper on the Mosquito Fire.
