Graffiti = sure sign you're in a ghetto town

and in this particular ghetto town, an upswing in it means school is out and the "parent(s)" are still irresponsble. Some things never change..

One of the top three reasons we left... everyone who visited us commented on it. I've never seen it "spill" into nice areas in other cities like it's accepted here.

They even have graffiti on trees (yes, gang signs) before things are being built!

Most graffiti isn't gang signs, just a taggers name or group.

Gangs tag up their "territory" to let other gangs know.

Adolescent juvenile punks tag their name or crew because they think they're cool.

I think you have a less chance of getting murdered or assaulted in San Antonio compared to other cities, but property crime here is off the hook

I am going to be attacked for this...but I'm just going to say it. IMO, the westside is creeping up into the NW side (Westover Hills). Hence, the graffiti.

as ive stated before, steer clear of the south/east/west sides and youre generally ok.

course, i have some retard in my neighborhood who goes by 'premo' that is really fond of tagging our garbage cans in the neighborhood.

seems to do it in the wee hours right before the sun comes up.

thankfully, whatever s/he uses rinses off with water and barely any elbow grease. retard better hope i dont catch him out back because ive got a 2x4 waiting on my patio for him/her

Lmao. It's "primo" which is Spanish for cousin. Although the individual doesn't have to be a cousin of someone. It's also used as a term of affection.
