The right of the public to "navigate" waterways, including the right to portage, has long been upheld by the Texas courts. As a long-time kayaker, I have never had a single issue with a landowner while portaging.

A bike shop that sells Dutch-style bicycles at reasonable prices. Also cargo bikes and bakfiets.

Would also like to see a shop carry Detroit Bikes which is a new company that manufactures in the USA (in the Motor City)

Totally agree. Have heard the rumor that it is coming (from a couple of sources), but haven't seen any confirmation yet.

Top Golf has secured a site and approvals for its lighting (which was required by the city/Army-Camp Bullis). For some time, it did not appear that they would be able to build where they wanted to near I-10 and 1604, but it is now moving forward.

I can't wait to have one here!

I have to disagree here. Yes, there are some nice parks, but San Antonio is dramatically "underparked" as compared to other major cities. SA does great with large parks but is lacking in a big way with neighborhood pocket parks with playgrounds and other amenities for families.

I believe their plans are to beginning open locations in San Antonio after they build out their first wave of locations in Houston.
