Big Bobs Burgers has bought the former Old West Burger on 1604...hope he makes it. Been a carosel of restaurants in that location. He told me he will be opening up sometime in December.

See from MySA article below that Jason Dady is opening another "Tre" in the old Bin 555 space at Artisans Alley currently occupied by Umai Mi...which he is moving to the ex-Bahia Azul space in the same complex.

Starbucks @ the corner go Evans & Stone Oak Parkway. Supposed to close on November 1st. I expect construction to move quickly. No other contract are pending for that corner.
