I can see you dont know what you are talking about. I work in Houston (it is a h3llhol3). As a matter of fact, I do drive the speed limit and am probably one of a few who do. I Drive 1604 between I35 and HWY 90 almost every day. The speed limit is 60 and there is usually alway's a radar trap somewhere on that stretch of road. I never exceed 60 but I am alway's getting tailgated and forced over by someone in a big hurry. I don't like driving on the apron and it is illegal to do that, but it beats being flattened by some hot head in a pick up truck. I am sure they don't know what the yellow lines mean.
