Well, on the other side, many potential buyers are waiting to see what the heck is going to happen to this housing market. I'm trying to buy some land out in the hill country and we're still seeing prices like 11k/acre for land in the middle of nowhere. Buyers know they don't have to buy...it's the seller that is under pressure. Good luck!
