Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss! Google is honoring the birthday today.
This just in: Wish Dr. Seuss a happy birthday at Albion District Library event, ski at Dahlem Center - Plugged In - Jackson Citizen Patriot - MLive.com

Dr. Seuss is how I learned to read--40 years ago! My favorite one was "And to Think That I Saw it on Mulberry Street!"

I found this piece of trivia while writing a paper on Dr. Seuss: Dr. Seuss History (http://www.seussshop.com/dr-seuss-history.php - broken link)
that was quite a challenge, but Green Eggs and Ham made that one look easy: Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss

OK, I like Bill Taylor (KENS weather guy)

they were just showing the moron students protesting global warming in the 8 inches of snow in DC and then went to him and he pointed out how the temperatures have actually been falling for 15 years and said you can't dispute scientific facts

Okay I was enjoying the reading when I had to jump in and reply on the Boost moble commercial topic.
Has anyone seen the Verizon commercial where the guy is stuck in line and decides to pay some bills while waiting. I noticed that his bank account only had $243.00 in it on the phone's screen before he pays his bill. Was it just me
I told my husband and (thank God for DVR) we went back and foze it. I couldn't belive this was actually in a commercial.
Hard times for all- even the actors in a tv commercial. I've seen the same commercial since then and they don't zoom in on the phone screen anymore. I wonder why?
