Hate: most of the dancing is country, it seems. Or Latin. I don't appreciate either of those.

San Antonio is so closed minded.
Of the 12 cities I've ever lived in my life, yes, what I hate about San Antonio is the closed mindedness, and backwardness and too conservative to change for the better.

Sadly, all I have learned from this thread is that the people who really hate SA, really love to generalize.

and people who love it are either delusional, have never lived anywhere else, or are drunk 24x7. I'd venture to guess most of them are in the third category here in irresponsiville..

BTW, that G word sure is cropping up more and more around these parts. Lots of the comments left on local webistes utilize it all the time. Maybe some of us were on to something, eh?

Or they simply love it.

BTW, one can love or hate something and not generalize, esp, to the extent I've seen in this thread by people who hate it.

True. I should've left one more option for the 1% that actual know better and still like it for some reason. Although I'll still claim they have some sort of mental defect...

Glad you acknowledge the 1% of us!

I love that San Antonio somehow succeeds in alienating cowboy conservatives and urban sophisticates at the same time. Who'd have thought?!

What about the cowboy sophisticates and urban conservatives? I have been here forever and here are my top annoyances:
1-tagging/gangbangers
2-driving habits
3-highway systems that seem to be decades behind
4-food deserts
5-etc
