I personally do, it kinda sounds more like 94.7 in Austin. More Modern adult leaned and that's cool to me. No hip hop or old school crap that's been a typical KTFM "pure san antonio" trait forever. I'm diggin it and hope they keep it up.

What exactly is modern adult? I saw some other descriptions that called it contemporary adult, but I'm not really sure what that means. What sorts of bands do they play?

I like the station but I wish they'd fire the morning DJs. I listened to KFTM on my way to work all the time before they had dumber and dumberer blabbering for hours on end. I just wanna rock! :-)

According to the ratings, most people in SA don't like it. In fact, the station has seen it's number dwindle from the past format of Rhythmic AC to now Hot AC. Personally, I dislike the current format.

While we're on the subject of radio, I stopped listening to KISS about a year or two ago and just recently turned it on. Wow... their playlist has gotten much better (and seems heavier). Maybe 94.1 made me sensitive

Has it changed recently -- past 6 months or so? I really liked the evening mixes when they'd play sir-mix-a-lot, michael jackson, bell biv devoe, etc. Those were cool to listen to when I had to be at work @ 10pm. Is it not that anymore??

I wonder if many people know about the format change, and if not, does that contribute to some of the ratings falling. Just an idea...

KTFM needs to stick to just one format, they change way to much. Thats why the ratings stink.

The guy programming the station is from out of town. He doesn't know the San Antonio market.
