All the local chambers of commerce guarantee the humidity will not exceed 100%.

Usually 45% to 55%. Higher in the am until it starts to burn off, but usually is around 45% late in the day.

There are certain parts of this region where there is a persistent cross wind like in New Braunfels, so the heat is a little easier to take. Based on the 1 year that I rented in NB.
