Highgrove has an elevation between 915 ft. and 1,420 ft. with homes already built, so temperatures may vary noticeably.

They're all hot with similar temperatures. Doesn't matter where you live in the Inland Empire. Nighttime temperatures are a different story. SMR can be bitterly cokd and really windy during winter nights. SMR was formally the Highgrove Agricultural Preserve, due to better-than-expected weather and wind conditions to grow orange crops.

There should be a new "Riverside Strip" tourist section on Iowa Ave. in Highgrove area, similar to the Las Vegas Strip, that I plan to be a founder soon. Most of the new construction homes to attract young people are in the Highgrove area for Riverside residents that don't want to leave the city.

dude anyone can edit a wikipedia page and obviously that's what you've done here to spread your Highgrove propaganda. On the wikipedia page it literally says, "Last edited by Waltchan 10 days ago."

Seems like you are trying "will into existence" this perception that this place is somehow high end? It's a tract home complex alongside the 215 in an industrial area. If you really bought a house there good for you, enjoy it but stop with the highgrove propaganda.

Think positive... Don't scare the future developers with money coming in. "Isla Vista of the Inland Empire" is in Highgrove too (at the end of Pigeon Pass Rd. near the former landfill).

Great deal to build the first 5-star restaurant/retail shop, or a tourist business here in main old Highgrove, closest to the UC Riverside campus. Please forward this link to your friends, businesses, or investors. Or better yet, let Riverside County government buy this land for redevelopment.

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2...17863108_zpid/

The land it is now on is the future home of the "Riverside Strip," which may begin development by year 2030-2035. It's the quickest "buy cheap, get rich" opportunity you can find in the entire California state today.
