I forgot to mention something important. When I moved in there were many black widows on the inside of the garage door and around the perimeter of my house. I purchased the large home defense spray at wal mart and it has worked wonders. Heads up.

That's awesome Lindy! I just picked up my keys today on my way to work. I had to give a 30 day notice at the apt, so I will be moving in slowly over the next month. I wish I was where you are, all moved in and enjoying my new house!

Ewwww, I hate spiders! Did you see any inside the house? I was thinking about hiring an exterminator to come in and spray once a month for spiders and ants anyway, so this just confirms that for me. Thanks so much for the heads up!

You and I both let me tell you. Hence why I have sprayed like crazy all around my house. That stuff really works though, this morning I saw many dead spiders around my front gate. Thanfully trazola there has not been any spiders inside the house. Otherwise I would be a nervous wreck hahaha. As more people move in they should make their way out

lindy, you moved in already? I still didn't get the key. A lot of spiders? I am wondering HOA will handle those or not in the community?

Lindy, did you get your AT&T UVerse? I looked at what they are offering and it looks like a great package. I love the idea that all the boxes are dvr's and you can record in one room, watch in another!
Wanderboy, I doubt if the HOA will cover pest control...maybe just for the shared area's. Did anyone ever get information about what the HOA does cover? I haven't had a chance to look at any of the paperwork I got today, but I don't think there was anything about that.

Yup I'm all moved in. Curtains is a must LOL. Yes there were many spiders but I sprayed a bug insecticide all over the garage and gate and it has worked really well so I would recommend that.

The uverse man came this morning and installed it. It's much better than the time warner I had and also cheaper for all three services. It has some pretty cool features No info about the HoA. Even after reading it I'm unclear what it covers LOL.
