Here's something you don't see very often, it's more humid in SD now than it is in Tampa, Jacksonville and Charleston.

Call me crazy, but I'll take 85-90 degrees and humid over the dry 105 degree days we had last weekend. Maybe it's because I've gotten used to the humidity?

+1. I walked down the hill for coffee yesterday morning. Temps in the 70's. Still, I was soaking wet from sweat by the time I got home!

It was a relief when that breeze kicked in later on, and seemed to bring the humidity down.

I was on Fiesta Island yesterday and spent the rest of the day up in north PB and Birdrock where it was overcast and a constant 75 from noon to 4pm.

When we left the vortex and onto the 5, it jumped into the 80s and the sun was blasting. By the time we got home it was 86 at with not a cloud in the sky, but I could see the marine layer just hanging over the coast.

We were driving back home in amazement at how these microclimates are.
