It seems like only 4-5 times in our 29 years here that we have had a late snowfall in April. Here we are at only April 4th and already 3 days with snow. Both yesterday and this morning we woke up to about 1/2" on the lawns and some soil areas, an inch or more on the cars. Fortunately the roads are just wet, and once we go a mile or so down the hill it's mostly gone. Apparently the snow level is about 500' elevation, we are at 615'.

Apparently the snowpack is about average this year, although the state climateologists are expecting below normal precipitation through June.

People are tired of being frozen around here. Notice last night the Mariners game had a buy in price of 2 dollars a ticket on Vivid Seats. You think they like to sit in a stadium with a parka on in April.
