I didn't read all the posyts before I wrote my post but now I understand the property manager sent you a bill for cleaning "by accident"...to me that sounds weird...how can that be an accident...

It sounds more to me as trying to get some additional money....very bad service, specially if it happened before.

Be aware of PM's here, some are dumb and some are darn right abusing their temporary power, I used to work for one who sent out 1 warning if rent was late a day and then evict! which is not legal.

They will be out of business soon, since who will pay for a failed and wrongly filed eviction...not home owner will do that.

If you have paid for management services the tenant shouldn't even deal with you but with the property management, that is what you paid for.

We have heard and seen what bad management companies can do and even bad real estate brokerages, but that keeps us in business and that is why we doubled in the last couple of months...

I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you and suggest you read your lease carefully and go from there.
I was refering to the real estate agent and now the tenant. I have never had any contact with the tenant.
