my brother and sis in law just moved to wesley chapel from golden, co(he is a golf head pro in new tampa)...everyday they complain about the cookie cutter homes, horrible horrible traffic(takes him 35-40 minutes to go from bruce b downs to SR54 west of I-75 in afternoons??), nothing to do, chain restaurants everywhere, horrible deed restricted rules..i guess its a good thing they are renting...

It's defintely not CO. It's a growing area with all the growing pains. Try to find a place that's growing without the traffic. The restaurants and stores come later. You have to read the restrictions before you buy or rent.Caveat emptor

bnepler, since you are in weley chapel, are there any places you can recommend for my bro and sis in law to go to, since they will not stop pestering me about how much they hate it, and are always at my house in south tampa. I know there is a first watch there, and the pizzamania actually has some pretty good pizza, and flatwoods is amazing for biking, hiking, kayak/canoe...is tehre anything else that will keep them up there(i love them, but....) and enjoy at least the next 9 mos they have on there lease?

they moved to wesley chapel cause he got a job as head golf pro as one of the new tampa golf communities, and to be closer to family(mom, brother, aunt and uncle all live in tampa/st pete area)...
