When I lay down or sleep anywhere else I never have a problem, only have a problem in this home. The home is super clean, spotless, floors steam cleaned, carpet steamed, hvac cleaned, drains capped, idk what the issue is. I choke, cough up clear mucus, my eyes are sore, my body is sore every time I wake up and I literally feel sick every morning. I go outside for an hour and all the symptoms go away.
Ever considered having an air quality test done in the house by an industrial hygienist?

I would.

Your symptoms sure sound like allergy symptoms that I've had. You have my sympathy.

-- I'd suggest that first, you wash all of your bedding. Hot water is best.

-- If your pillow or bedspread cannot be washed in hot water, consider buying natural, organic products that can take the tough treatment.

-- It might be time to buy a new pillow and a zippered pillowcase that blocks dust mites. (Excellent ones are available on Amazon.)

-- I'd also suggest keeping up with the bedding cleaning every 3 or 4 months, or as needed.

If the suggestions above don't help, please don't wait to follow Morton R's great advice.

Best wishes from another allergy sufferer!
