I do believe that Dallas is the 2nd largest city in Texas.

Both Houston Pavilions and City Centre were pretty much built at the same time, but City Centre, IMHO seems a lot more impressive. Minus the House of Blues at HP, that's pretty awesome!
Why would Houston do without HP? Have those three surface lots there instead? Heck no. LOL!
