I'm 6'6...this is what leg room looks like in my wife's 2009 Rav4 with the seat all the way back. Very limited knee room. Not comfortable on long drives. But I drove it cross country from OH to WA anyway. I found out seat bracket extensions were available....after that trip. Yes, it certain seems a unicorn. My wife has a 2011 with a six speed manual, and that was the last year for them.
There are times when I would like my '12 Camry to be a stick...........then I get into the daily traffic here in Charlotte and I remeber being in 1st or 2nd most of the time in my old Jetta. Don't mind the auto in the everyday driver, now a '69 Camaro RS/SS manual as a weekender would be pretty sweet!
