I don't truly believe there is one car that can satisfy all my driving needs/expectations. So I own multiple.
That's the way I see it. In reality, if I were to drive a car for fun, I would prefer one with plenty of power, good set of suspension and wheels, and a five or six-speed manual transmission. I do dream of some of the BMW and Mercedes sports cars

For daily driving to work and back I am plenty happy with the reliability of a Corolla LE with a 1.8L motor. It gets me fast enough to where I need to go, and reliably.

When the 2azfe finally dies, at 1,000,000 miles, I think about fitting an american V6 or LSx engine and converting to rear while drive. I saw an V8 conversion on youtube.

There is nothing boring about my twin turbo 1994 Toyota Supra, I had it at cars & coffee yesterday you should have seen all the people taking pictures and telling me how great the car looked. Last year the Toyota dealership wanted to buy it for $33K, I told them we'll start talking at $45K.

You could go higher than that.
Until the new one comes out.

Which cars and coffee?

I has a 1982 Toyota RWD Corolla a few years back. It had a 1770 cc hemi engine and was an absolute blast to drive. Quick enough to be fun and handled really really well. It was not a quick on snow as my Subie but a lot more fun if you like sideways motoring.

I did not have the time, energy and money to fix the rust so I gave it away. Those guys were going to strip it to race in autocross. It should do well.

I finally stopped by in this thread.
Yes, my 07 Camry Hybrid is heck of boring vehicle. Does not give me any entertainment repairs wise. Drives very nicely even at 114 000 miles. Gives me no suprises. She's like reliable wife. Boring. Want fun and entertainment - buy a Ford.

I want to ask Toyota drivers if u feel bored in your car and what do people mean by blend boring ride
Totally boring. I get in the car in the morning and it starts up. Every time.

I decide I'm going to go somewhere, I pull out on the road, and it gets me there. Every time.

It tracks the road, keeps up with traffic, avoids road hazards, accelerates adequately to pass when necessary. Every time.

Yeah, boring.

In a car I'll take boring every day.

Just picked up a 2012 Camry SE a month ago with 50K on her, had a '04 VW Jetta 1.8T 5 speed prior. Tell yah what, driving that Vdub was always intersting..........boring it was not, but not for the good reasons. Everytime you would go on a road trip, it may make it or it may not, always an adventure. I was waiting for the check engine light to eventually burn out as often as it would come on that car. And for German engineering......they can keep it! Looking forward to many, many "boring" miles with this Camry. Yep.
