I think she has a felony for credit card fraud and writing checks if i am right.

I have been told that once you are arrested even if you are not convicted it can still come up on a background check sealed or not

You have to wait either seven or 10 years ( I can't remember which but lean towards 10) to apply for sealing or expungement. So even if she does so down the road, she's got a long time to wait. It's definitely not something that can happen anytime soon.
Not so sure about that there are a lot of jobs that will not hire you if your a felon depends on the state. I doubt she can get a job at a day care, teaching or elder care with her felony.
I know she would have a hard time getting a truck drivers job LOL with a felony. Fact she may not even be able to get her sheriffs card to work at any of the Legal Brothels in NV.
The sad fact of the matter is that she has the million dollar check waiting if she wants it, she won't have to get hired by anybody.

That million isn't going to go as far as you'd think. She will have to pay $350-400K off the top in Federal income taxes. Then she's got legal fees that could easily approach $200K or even more when all is said and done--she's got two civil suits actually files against her right now, and the strong potential of a third. That doesn't even cover any judgements.
I'm sure John Morgan will immediately move for a restraining order asking the court to not allow her to spend a dime pending the outcome of the Zenaida case. I imagine EquiSearch will do similar--they have stated search expenses of over $100K.
Whoever her attorney/agent that brokers that interview deal is will most likely take 10% off the top--pretty standard.

Yes you are right, but now she was found guilty on lying and the State can get the money back that we the tax payers for her defense all caused by her lying!
That was for her criminal trial. She has two civil lawsuits against her and at least one more pending. She isn't entitled to a public defender in civil court.
Zaneida Gonzalez may win her civil case, what she actually collects is another issue. The Brown family has collected a small portion of the actual dollar amount awarded from the civil trial against OJ Simpson.
