I think she has a felony for credit card fraud and writing checks if i am right.
That is a serious crime.
I have been told that once you are arrested even if you are not convicted it can still come up on a background check sealed or not
The check fraud charges were a felony, she is a convicted felon. No sealing or expunging for her. And those charges are stuck and done, they were a plea bargain.

Not so sure about that there are a lot of jobs that will not hire you if your a felon depends on the state. I doubt she can get a job at a day care, teaching or elder care with her felony.
I know she would have a hard time getting a truck drivers job LOL with a felony. Fact she may not even be able to get her sheriffs card to work at any of the Legal Brothels in NV.

Casey has a felony from her check fraud. Check fraud and Cdt card fraud is a serious charge. All felonys are serious, some landlords willl not let you move in if you have a felony.

To be employed by a school district in Florida she can't have any felony convictions, regardless of the type of crime.
I've worked for a few companies that had a zero tolerance policy towards hiring anyone with any type of felony conviction, even in non-public facing jobs.
Also, even if she changes her name, she will still have to report her felony and some companies will ask you , Have you Ever Been known Legally By Another Name....
She is not going to find it easy getting a job with her felony or without it. She can also be considered a liability to most companies. People may boycott the company if they find out she is working for a company. They may start getting threats. Company employees may also protest her working for a company.
