I have seen brief reports on this. One segment of Nancy Grace was about all I needed. The grandmother is not telling what she knows--strange woman perhaps should be charged herself--'Obstruction of Justice' or more. So they said on Nancy Grace, I think. They say a lot.

This segment dealt with how the mother was charged. Better to bring criminal misdemeanor charges the panel thought than go straight for a felony--which might not meet all the criteria for prosecution. The panel felt additional charges could be added/upgraded at a later time.

Please--the child is 'Somewhere' else and all that--sorry, crazy family I don't believe it.

I haven't taken the time to learn the specifics--mother was a druggie, etc? Right?

Got tired of the responsibility of a child and now she doesn't have that burden.

Drugs will steal your soul--no doubt about that.

ETA:

Who can forget the months, years--of Scott Peterson's lies--and the 'Former Law Enforcement' Officer in Ohio or somewhere- that still claims his wife ran off with another man. Sure. We believe you. Not me.
I believed Jon Benet Ramsey's parents--but still wonder who among their friends/acquaintances knew more than they cared to tell. Somebody knew and should be held accountable for obstructing justice.

was watching Greta the other night and someone on her panel was really going after the Grandparents and she defended them. I just think this whole family knows something and is acted strange. I think the Mother did something to this little girl. I for one don't think much of the Mother. There are a lot of people and angencies putting time in this case and she sits there cancelling visit because they are recorded.

I think the grandmother should be locked up also for possibly aiding her daughter in any of this and also not saying what as happened... isn't that obstructing justice or something?

Default only casey could tell us, where kaylee is

casey needs to do some soul searching and tell someone where they could find kaylee. She knows and will not say, so just throw her jail key away and let her rot.

Last night the news reported she might be released on ?? over $500,000 bond. What an awful situation.

She can be released as early as Monday. A Sacramento bounty hunter and his bail bondsman nephew are doing this. We'll see what happens.

The mother Casey is lying about the wearabouts of her daughter Caylee. She obviously knows what happened to her and is afraid to tell because of the consequences. I find it sick and disturbing that some bails bondsman is going to get her out...let her rot until she fesses up.

Well, she is being released on bond tomorrow. If I were her, I would probably feel safer in jail than in her neighborhood.

The bounty hunter claims that she may talk in a change of environment... without the police guarding her 24/7. If she can't stay at her parents' house, there's an alternate place for her already lined up. She'll be electronically tracked, not allowed to leave the home. Phones of course will be monitored.

Bounty hunter is of the opinion that Caylee is alive, that her mother, being a druggie, could have very possibly dropped her off with someone, partied a little too hard, and doesn't remember where she left her, or with who. If that's the case, it wouldn't surprise me. He bases this on his years of experience bounty hunting.

Personally, and I hope I'm wrong, I don't believe Caylee is with us anymore. Because of her lousy no-good mother.

I never heard Casey had a drug habit but nothing would surprise me at this point.
