I'm enjoying this show, not so much at first, but it got better.
I knew Miles wasn't going to shoot Monroe, after showing all the shots of their childhood and stuff.
Are we supposed to believe that our nation's 300 million guns have disappeared but we have a surplus of muskets?
I guess the premise is that 15 years of shoot outs used up all the ammo for modern firearms and they went back to basics. I known of places in the world today that still make and use match locks.
I think it starts up in march again. I guess they didn't want to run any repeats.
December and January have the lowest viewership of any time of the year. They used to show reruns but now mostly its reality shows and finishing out the losers. The usual 'specials' for holidays get added too. What happens when there are a lot of retuns, especially scattered, is that viewers tend to quit watching unless they are dedicated fans who check.
I think with all the net services where you can watch whatever you want this will change, but the other thing is the production is more than shooting. They churned out a lot of episodes quickly before when most of it was filmed and it was mostly editing the film and adding music. Now a lot of computer generated stuff is used which takes time, which is why some shows shoot very early on so the episodes will be ready when broadcast time comes.
As for Miles, I agree with those who didn't think he'd shoot Monroe. I think he had hit a line, and found he couldn't kill his boyhood friend. Nor Rachael, when her kids find out she built the machine that makes the copters work, I really do wonder what they'll say. It was for them, but then if it gives him an advantage????
Most shows return in February for people to re find them before sweeps in March.
Finally an episode that they pick up guns from the militia members they get. Still Miles didn't pick up the pistol from the head intelligence guy.
