Glad to see my prediction came true. I liked Jason and Amy from the start, Was bummed the afghanimals got chopped but I think they ran a good race. I was a bit annoyed at how the doc was talking to and about his wife. Not a good look.. Can't wait to Feb for the next season!
According to Wiki, it was taped from about June 5 to July 10.
Just looked: Actual filming dates according to Wiki was June 9 to July 2
Thanks. We are planning a return trip to Alaska so I was interested in the actual dates that they were filming. So beautiful! Great place for an ending!
I wonder how patients feel when they see those Docs in the ER? After her duplicity and his harping on her constantly, I wouldn't want them as my doc. Tim really needs to man up. He lets Marie treat him like manure, and just puts up with it.
Imagine one of them walking into the operating room to do your surgery. I'd freak.
Wow. Those folks are a new low in people. lol The way that Dr talked to his (Dr) wife was embarrassing. When he said his kids would be proud, right. Pride isn't the word that came to my mind. 'Jerk' did come to mind. That Pinky is something else. No heart or soul there! Poor guy is a ginormous doormat. Guarantee they aren't 'friends' after he sees that on TV. Anyway, there was a race, too?
Loved the last locations. Really cool. I've been to Juneau and it is gorgeous there. Glad the lesser of 3 evils won. They were okay. Not too evil but not really nice either. hehe
As far as tasks go, that last leg was awesome. A plane ride, a helicopter ride and trekking on a glacier!
Congrats to Jason and Amy. They managed to play a pretty clean game and not get too annoying (except maybe all the hand-holding Amy gave to Nicole). They certainly deserved the win.
Travis and Nicole may need some counseling now that the race is over. The way he talked to/about her was not cool, even given the stresses of the race.
I hope the Sri Lankan twins Nadiya and Natalya are back for All Stars. I don't know why a lot of people didn't like them, but I loved them.
