I am wondering if Riggs will ever pull it together---am I insensitive for feeling almost bored by his constant flashbacks to his wife, and constant binging? And I sure wish someone would cut that hank of hair hanging in his face! I like both of the principal actors in the series and will continue to watch---at least for a while......

He took a major step last episode but I think we are a long way from him pulling it together. That is a huge subplot to the show. In the movies Riggs never really pulled it together.

There is the theory that FOX once again jumbled the show runner's sequence of episodes so you are seeing Detective Riggs move up and down, instead of progressing.

With FOX's history of that it wouldnt surprise me although looking at the production codes only 1/11/17 "Lawman"episode was out of order. It should have actually aired after the Christmas episode.
Fox loves to move things around.. But yes right now it is 8PM Wednesday.
