No guesses. Just the hope that by the time the finale ends Mary Ann is dead. My only guess would be that Hoyt takes Jessica back

I ran across some spoilers for season three from Alan Ball - nothing too revealing, but some interesting stuff.

What if Mary Anne doesn't die? I expect the unexpected from Alan Ball.

I'm definitely expecting surprises, but I expect that Mary Anne will be gone.

Interesting ... Tara isn't mentioned in the "spoilers" ... anyone have an inkling that Tara is going to go down with maryann? It was Tara, afterall, that summoned maryann into Bon Temps ... it would also make sense when Sookie says I'm so sorry in the previews ...

Waiting ... waiting.

We still don't know the extent of Sookie's power. Maybe Sookie used it and someone, maybe Tara, got caught in the crossfire and that's why she's apologetic. I'm waiting for a confrontation between Eric and Bill. The vamp queen doesn't like Bill and who knows what lies Eric told the queen in order to save himself after Bill threatened to blackmail him. I think the queen gave more info to Eric about how to kill Marianne than she gave to Bill. I'm guessing like everybody else. LOL

I think Bill is going to try (the operative word) to trick her into believing something that will make her leave. I think he would kill her somehow but the Queen made it sound like only the God Who Comes can do that so he will either have to trick her to make her think it happened or make a deal with her after some sort of failure of the plan.
I don't know that we will know who died, if anyone dies (just because Sookie says "I'm sorry" doesn't mean someone dies). There is supposed to be a big cliffhanger. I saw "Tara" on Chelsea Lately (she had Sam on too) and while she obviously knows what goes on in this episode she said there is a cliffhanger she said even they don't know what happens after this episode.
That egg has really got me going.

Wish I'd found this book earlier though I don't know if it would help. I suspect it was a jumping off point though.

The only reason I mention that Tara may be the one killed is because it's been said that Tara's character in the books is very minor.
