Most neighborhoods in Tyler have HOAs. Not all HOAs are alike. What specifically are you trying to avoid with an HOA?

Supposedly a couple of companies from Arkansas and Chicago are eyeing Tyler. If it does come to fruition it would be great for Tyler and East Texas. Everyone don't want to be in the medical field or have the ups and downs of the oilfield. We need something different.

Anyone have any idea what's going on with the townhomes that were supposed to be being built on the old chevy dealership lot? They're on the third (fourth?) real estate company trying to sell them and they were supposed to have broken ground months ago.
